Trilingual FR / NL / EN website for a mechanical-ventilation and heating maintenance company serving Brussels and both Brabants, built to generate quote requests.

The context
In ventilation and heating maintenance, customers search for a provider by city and by precise need. The site therefore had to cover every service and every municipality in three languages while staying easy to maintain. We chose typed content: a missing translation breaks the build, so nothing incomplete ships to production.
What we built
- 242 pre-generated pages: services, municipalities served, FAQ, blog, in three languages
- Quote form via API route and Resend, no database
- Quote-helper calculators covered by Vitest tests
- Cookieless analytics, hence no consent banner
- LocalBusiness structured data and city / service internal linking
- Next.js 16, strict TypeScript, Tailwind v4
What came of it
Live at vmcd.be since 2026, with online maintenance booking and the price shown before picking a slot. An example of a brochure site designed first for local search.
