The context
Generic voice agents fail on industry details. Kelem starts from the opposite premise: agents pre-built per sector (real estate, professional firms, services) that the customer configures by answering simple questions. DigSuite designed the product end to end: web platform, backend, voice pipeline and telephony infrastructure. A demo agent answers live on a French number.
What we built
- Dynamic creation of voice agents on ElevenLabs Conversational AI, system prompt assembled on the fly
- Twilio number pool, call routing, emergency SMS
- Tools exposed to the agent: catalogue search, message taking, qualification
- Asynchronous post-call pipeline (BullMQ, Redis): transcription, structured summary by Claude
- NestJS 11 backend, Prisma, PostgreSQL; JWT and Google OAuth authentication
- Next.js 15 front end in FR / NL / EN, hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant
What came of it
Kelem is live with a demo you can call 24/7. It is our second voice-AI product in production after LexCall, and the foundation of our custom voice agents for SMEs.
