The context
The student-room market in Belgium is scattered across Facebook groups and classified ads. KotPlace centralises supply with search by city and campus, structured listings and built-in messaging. Built with Laravel and Livewire for a responsive back office.

What came of it
Platform in production. A good example of what we deliver when the need goes beyond a brochure site: a real two-sided product, with the moderation and trust constraints that come with it.
